POLICIES

Employee Eligibility and Registration Information

We are pleased to invite employees to participate in our 6th Annual Alectra Charity Golf Tournament.  

Employee registration will open on Thursday, June 13, 2023 at 4:30 P.M.   Registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you are unable to register at that time please make arrangements with a co-worker to complete the form on your behalf.

Please note:

  • All employees (on Alectra payroll) are welcome to register.
  • Employees will be required to take a vacation day.
  • The cost to participate is $100 (+HST) per employee.
  • Review HOW TO:  Employee Golf Registration document for important registration.
  • Once the tournament is at capacity, the online portal will close and a link for our waitlist will open.
  • Register at www.alectra.com/golfwaitlist to be added to our waitlist. 
  • Employees will be placed on the waitlist in order of their email's timestamp.*
  • Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted forms of payment.
  • Golfer names are required at the time of registration.  TBD's will not be accepted.
  • Cancelled registrations will not be refunded.
  • Participants will be assigned to a course based on availability. 

Volunteer Eligibility and Registration Information

Alectra welcomes volunteers to join us in a fun-filled day out on the greens.  As a volunteer, you will help with tasks such as golfer registration, gift disbursement, tournament activities, challenges and contests. Stay to enjoy and support the dinner reception. It’s a long day, but lots of fun.

Please note:

  • Your supervisor’s permission is required before you apply.
  • You will not be required to use a vacation day. However, overtime pay and mileage compensation will not be provided.
  • You will be expected to stay on-site from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. • Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided (please provide dietary restrictions during registration).
  • Deadline for volunteer registration is June 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
  • Volunteers will be selected and all applicants will be notified by July 14th.
  • Employee golf registration takes place on June 13th.
