Alectra welcomes volunteers to join us in a fun-filled day out on the greens. As a volunteer, you will help with tasks such as golfer registration, gift disbursement, tournament activities, challenges and contests. Stay to enjoy and support the dinner reception. It’s a long day, but lots of fun.
Eligibility Information
- Your supervisor’s permission is required before you apply.
- You will not be required to use a vacation day. However, overtime pay and mileage compensation will not be provided.
- You will be expected to stay on-site from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. • Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided (please provide dietary restrictions during registration). Dinner, prizes and awards are optional.
- Deadline for volunteer registration is June 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
- Volunteers will be selected and all applicants will be notified by July 19th.
- Employee golf registration takes place on June 19th.

Registration Information
- All registrations will be reviewed by the Golf Committee.
- The Golf Committee will remove early registrations, duplications, or non-Alectra employees from the submission list.
- The Golf Committee will review all applicants and volunteers who are selected will be notified by July 19th
- A volunteer meeting will be held in August to assign your positions and responsibilities for the day.
